Label Love: A Pomette Fashion

At a recent estate sale I purchased this great mod vintage dress by A Pomette Fashion. I obviously love vintage clothing and I've always been a fan of typography, so it's only natural that vintage clothing labels be an obsession. The Vintage Fashion Guild Label Resource is fontporn for me.

When listing new items for my Etsy shop, I always research the labels as best I can. I like to see what other vintage goodies may have survived. It's like finding my pieces family - sisters, aunts, mothers. Outfits from earlier times or later times, and even once in awhile you'll find a twin! I especially like this striped little number, such a flattering silhouette.

I'm not sure if this is a natural set or just a marriage, but either way the draping on the back of this coat is stunning.

This white dress with metallic silver diagonal striping and bow is the sweetest little thing.
